Since establishing the Agency in 1973, it has been our aim to provide a service that no other Agency was providing. By achieving this objective, we have become the largest privately owned agency operating on the Sunshine Coast. Although our combined agencies make us the largest, we still continue to operate our individual agencies as very personal businesses manned by very experienced and professional consultants.

The wealth of experience within our organisation in general real estate, project marketing, auctioneering, commercial, industrial and property management is not available at any other agency presently operating on the Sunshine Coast. Ken Guy Real Estate has five offices strategically positioned at Noosa Heads, Maroochydore, Buderim, Mooloolaba and Caloundra, with an approximate annual turnover of eight hundred million dollars in sales.

In an industry where statistics show that on average only 5% of the participants in Queensland have been in the industry longer than five years, Ken Guy Real Estate has always been very conscious of the need to offer our clients professional advice based on experience. The fact that our Sales and Property Management staff have an average experience in the industry of twelve years is testimony to our determination to maintain this standard of Real Estate practice.

Clients we have marketed and negotiated property for include Westpac Bank, Esanda, Commonwealth Bank, Queensland Railways, Queensland Transport, National Property Development Companies as well as local builders and developers.

General Real Estate still forms the major part of our business and we apply the same determination and dedication to service, regardless of the value of the property being marketed.
